Our primary goal is to get your unit repaired properly and return it to you as quickly as possible. The following information outlines our basic repair procedures:
Estimates
- We will provide you with an
estimate indicating the costs of the parts/labor to
repair your equipment.
- If the equipment cannot be
checked on the spot, it will be inspected within 24-48
hours.
- All estimates are free.
To allow us to schedule our resources and serve you better, we ask that all estimates be approved within 3 days. In order to speed up this process, we recommend that you pre-approve charges up to a certain amount.
All Units
- Please include a complete
description of the problem noted and what work you are
requesting.
- Include a complete address
with a contact name, telephone and fax number.
- A RA (Return Authorization)
number is NOT required to send your unit to us.
- For your convenience, please print and complete a Service Information Form to send along with your unit.
Out-of-Warranty-Repair Service Rates
- Minimum labor charge is
$20.00. This includes a one-hour diagnostic charge for
declined estimates.
- Field Service Rate is $40 per
hour during normal working hours.
- Minimum field labor time is 1
hour. Travel, expenses, and parts are additional.
- Please call us for off-hour rates and availability.
Equipment Servicing
We can perform standard equipment servicing, which includes a complete inspection of all major and minor assemblies. Any electrical components that are non-functional will be replaced and soldered back onto the circuit board. Our custom equipment servicing is for larger devices which require specific repair such as mechanical.
One of our customer representatives will provide you with a detailed estimate of the service required for your specific equipment and will list all parts to be inspected and or replaced as necessary for each level of service .

Used Parts
Used parts are returned upon request only; please inform us when approving your estimate.
Payment Options
Payment can be made by Cash, Money Order, Certified Check, American Express, or any major credit card.
Repair Warranty
All repairs are warranted for 90 days parts and labor.

We can ship anywhere within the U.S. via FedEx or UPS. Please call for details about availability, charges and scheduling.
